Question: How can I maintain my erection? Do you recommend any medicine for this problem?

Erection problems, among young, healthy men, are typically caused by performance anxiety – essentially, worrying whether you are a “good enough” lover or whether you are pleasing your partner or doing things sexually the way that you want to do them.

As such, most erection problems among younger men can be resolved by learning to relax and feel reassured about your sexual skills (rather than with medication).

If your erection problems are frequent or if you have health problems (or a family history of diabetes or heart problems) or are otherwise concerning you, please do check in with a healthcare provider just to make sure that all is well and to rule out any medical conditions.
