Recently, the Chicago Tribune ran an article regarding the lack of support for comprehensive sexuality education in Illinois. This is not a new issue, people.

On January 31, 2008 the Chicago Tribune ran an article regarding the lack of support for what is otherwise supposed to be comprehensive sexuality education in the state of Illinois. The article says that “About 30 percent of the teachers had never been trained to deliver sex ed classes and many of them did not have the textbooks and other necessary curriculum materials.” And they’re surprised?
