Good In Bed: where your sex life matters

Here at Kinsey Confidential, we are all about providing accurate sexual health information to our readers. Having an online forum where folks can get information about sexuality is crucial in eliminating the blush factor that tends to surround questions about sex.

Eliminating that blush factor is exactly what sex therapist and New York Times best-selling author, Ian Kerner, wanted to do with his new website Good in Bed. Approximately 52% of Americans are dissatisfied with their sex lives – folks are clearly in need of advice about sex and sexuality.

On, there are a number of renowned sexuality experts and educators available to answer questions in the customized expert forum, where Dr. Kerner has successfully created a community where he and other experts are interacting with readers, posting content about sexual problems, answering questions, and blogging. Kinsey Confidential sexuality experts Dr. Debby Herbenick, Dr. Emily Nagoski, and myself, Kristen Mark, make up just a few of the experts contributing to the Good In Bed experience.

Good In Bed isn’t just an interactive forum where readers can interact with experts. It also offers ebooks on the more frequently asked about subjects. Current titles include The Good In Bed Guide to Orally Pleasuring a Man by Emily Nagoski; The Good in Bed Guide to Orally Pleasuring a Woman by Mark Coriddi; 52 Weeks of Amazing Sex by Steph Auteri and Ian Kerner; Overcoming Premature Ejaculation by Ian Kerner; The Good in Bed Guide to Female Orgasms by Emily Nagoski; Sex and the Baby Years by Hilda Hutcherson; and The Good in Bed Guide to Anal Sex by Debby Herbenick. Publishing these books in ebook format, Kerner believes, will reach more people than traditional publishing routes.

The website also offers a reference library with free sexuality information written by the experts. Acting as “part community forum, part publishing venture, Good in Bed strives to meet the needs of people seeking advice about sex wherever they are.”
